Environmental and Social Sustainability Foundation (ESSF) is a voluntary, non- governmental organization founded in 2009 and registered in Kenya by the NGO Board in 2017 with an aim of serving and transforming society by providing basic requirements to remove obstacles that hinder sustainable development.
We do this by liaising with well wishers, partners and Collaborators for support. Some of the actions at the project level include:
– identifying key areas needing support
– Developing methodology for delivering support
– Assessing the change of status in the absence of obstacles
– Reporting to satisfaction of all stakeholders and partners
We are keen on ensuring that human development activities do not negatively impact the environmental well-being by focusing on Community Development and Empowerment, Technology for Impact, Capacity building, Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment, Public Awareness Campaigns, Conservation and restoration practices, and Human and Animal Health activities.
